If you are not completely satisfied with your treatment, please let us know within 48 hours, and we will do our best to address your concerns or provide a suitable solution. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Cancellations: being charge $25 for cancellation fee appointment. Rescheduling: if you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. 3. Arrival Time: we recommend arriving on time your scheduled appointment. This allows time for check-in and ensures you receive the full benefits of your treatment. Arriving late may result in a shortened service. 4. Children Policy: for the safety and comfort of all our clients, we kindly ask that children under the age of 12 do not accompany you during your appointment. 5. No Pets Policy: to maintain a clean and safe environment, we do not allow pets in the spa, with the exception of service animals.
